Zhengzhou Desai 'er Ceramicite Co., Ltd. is located in No. 38, Gensheng Avenue, Dayugou Industrial Zone, Gongyi City, Henan Province. The company covers an area of 120,000 square meters and produces 140,000 tons of ceramicite annually. It is a company that produces high grade fracturing proppant for oil fields at home and abroad.

At present, the company has three large-scale ball mill, four sets of mixing and batching system, 20 large granulator, two Ф 2.8 x 42 meters of rotary kiln, two Ф 3.5x60 meters of rotary kiln and matching test, equipment, and other perfect infrastructure. At present according to the law of the People's Republic of China petroleum industry standard SY/T 5108-2014, China's oil co., LTD., enterprise standard Q/SY125-2007 and China petroleum and chemical co., LTD., enterprise standard Q/SH 0051-2007 standard production and request a variety of specifications of the low density, medium density and high density of oil fracturing proppant products, indicators of advanced, stable performance, high flow conductivity for a long time, is a deep well and horizontal well fracturing construction with ideal products.

In order to ensure the quality of products, our company has developed and innovated ceramicite mineralization technology with independent intellectual property rights, and invested in the construction of advanced domestic production lines with a high level of automation. In terms of the technological process, the selected bauxite raw materials are made in strict accordance with the advanced batching, grinding, granulating, drying and firing processes to produce ceramic proppant products that meet the design of modern petroleum fracturing technology and the actual use needs of customers.

Our company has a sound research and development system. The crushing rate of 20-40 mesh high strength proppant (apparent density <3.35 g/cm3 and body density <1.80g/cm3) is less than 8% under the closing pressure of 86MPa(12500psi). Under the closed pressure of 69MPa(10000psi), the crushing rate was less than 4%. 20-40 mesh medium strength (apparent density <3.0g/cm3, volume density <1.65g/cm3) proppant under the closing pressure of 69Mpa and 52Mpa, the crushing rate reached below 8% and 4%, respectively. Through technical breakthroughs, our company has successfully developed strong acid resistance and low density proppant products with volume density below 1.40g /cm3, which can meet the needs of customers. Our products are characterized by high strength, low density and low crushing rate. After being evaluated by langfang Branch, Shengli Oilfield, Dagang Oilfield and other units, the indicators of our products are superior to the relevant new standards and some indicators are higher than those of imported products, and they have been recognized and praised by users.

Our company has 320 employees, 22 of whom have technical titles (4 of whom have technical titles). The talent team basically meets the needs of production and technology.

Since the establishment of the plant, the company has joined the supplier network of China Petrochemical Corporation Limited, the Fracturing proppant management Bulletin Network of Petrochina Exploration and Production Branch, the CNPC Level-1 supplier network, and the CNOOC supplier network. And obtained the oil field chemical product accreditation certificate recognized by China Petroleum Quality; In 2009, I joined changqing oilfield supplier network and became the main supplier. The laboratory of fracture acidizing proppant evaluation of Langfang Branch of China Petroleum Exploration and Development Research Institute and Henan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau jointly went to the company for on-site sampling and testing. All the performance indexes exceeded the standards required by import units and reached the advanced level.
