Zhengzhou Desai’er Ceramic Proppant Co., Ltd. is located at No. 38 Gengsheng Avenue, Dayugou Industrial Zone, Gongyi City, Henan Province. The company occupies a site of 120,000 square meters and has an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of ceramic proppants, making it a specialized manufacturer of high‑grade fracturing proppants.

To meet diverse customer needs, the company has developed and patented an innovative ceramsite mineralization technology and invested in a highly automated domestic production line. In terms of process flow, carefully selected bauxite raw materials are processed according to state-of-the-art procedures—including precise batching, fine grinding, granulation, drying, and firing—yielding ceramsite proppants that satisfy both modern oil‑fracturing design requirements and practical application demands. The facility is equipped with four batching systems, 20 large‑scale granulators, two rotary kilns measuring Ф2.8×42 meters, two rotary kilns measuring Ф3.5×60 meters, cooling kilns, automated packaging equipment, comprehensive testing instruments, and other supporting facilities. Our company boasts a professional management team and a robust R&D workforce. Our products feature high strength, low density, and low breakage rates. Tested by institutions such as the Langfang Branch, Shengli Oilfield, and Dagang Oilfield, they consistently outperform relevant new standards, with certain performance metrics even surpassing those of imported products, earning widespread recognition and acclaim from users. The company manufactures a full range of low‑density, medium‑density, and high‑density fracturing proppants that fully comply with the People’s Republic of China’s petroleum and natural gas industry standard SY/T 5108‑2014, PetroChina’s enterprise standard Q/SY17125‑2019, Sinopec’s enterprise standard Q/SHCG 0068‑2021, as well as other customer‑specific requirements. With stable performance and superior long‑term conductivity, these proppants are ideal for deep‑well and horizontal‑well fracturing operations.

Since its establishment, the company has joined the supplier networks of China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, the Fracturing Proppant Management Quality Bulletin Network of PetroChina’s Exploration and Production Division, as well as the first-tier supplier networks of both PetroChina and CNOOC. It has also obtained the PetroChina‑approved certification for oilfield chemical products. In 2009, the company became a key supplier to the Changqing Oilfield supplier network. Furthermore, the Fracturing and Acidizing Proppant Evaluation Laboratory of the Langfang Branch of the PetroChina Research Institute for Exploration and Development, together with the Henan Entry‑Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, conducted on-site joint sampling and testing, confirming that all performance indicators exceed the standards required by imported counterparts.
