BBT type energy-saving ceramic curing kiln uses circulating steam. When the curing of the first kiln is over, the valve at the end of the kiln is opened, and the steam is pumped into the next curing kiln with an induced draft fan, and so on. When the last ten curing kiln is finished, the steam inside will be pumped into the first steam curing. So most of the waste heat is used. This overcomes the waste heat of ding traditional curing kiln. In traditional curing kilns, when curing the joint, waste heat in the kiln is released by the open kiln door, which wastes energy.

(2) Good thermal insulation structure
 
In order to reduce the consumption of heat energy, BBT energy-saving ceramic curing kiln has designed an advanced insulation structure. The wall, roof, bottom, door and other parts of the kiln are all constructed with insulation materials. The wall and kiln roof are composed of three layers, and the outer wall is heat insulation paint, which establishes the first insulation defense line. The inside of the thermal insulation tread is light thermal insulation brick, the thermal conductivity of this brick is less than n 05W/m.K, can be used perlite or drift beads. Between the inner and outer insulation bricks is the sandwich insulation material layer, which can be made of polystyrene insulation board with a thickness of 50cm. In this way, the whole wall has established three lines of insulation, that is, insulation coating layer, insulation brick layer, polystyrene foam plastic board sandwich layer. With this well-lit insulation, little heat is lost. The structure of the wall and kiln roof is basically the same. In order to further improve the heat preservation and insulation effect and prevent heat from escaping to the ground, the ground is also designed for heat preservation and insulation. The whole ground is also composed of three layers, the bottom layer of sufficient perlite insulation layer, it is made of perlite and cement mortar casting whole. Above perlite mortar is thermal insulation brick. On top of the thermal insulation brick is high temperature resistant silicone thermal insulation paint. So the ground also has three lines of defense against heat loss. Meanwhile, the door of the curing kiln also adopts the heat preservation and insulation design, which is also composed of three kinds of heat insulation layers. The sandwich layer is polystyrene foam, which is generally 10 ~ 15 cm thick. The sandwich plate is covered with steel plate protection layer. Due to the rapid heat transfer of the steel plate, a layer of silicone heat insulation coating is sprayed on the steel plate to reduce the heat loss of the steel plate.
 
(3) Automatic temperature control and humidity control structure
 
In addition to good thermal insulation effect, BBT type energy-saving curing kiln uses R to control temperature and humidity. The curing kiln is equipped with temperature and humidity sensors in the kiln. The sensor can transfer the kiln temperature and humidity to the controller at any time, and the controller commands the inlet and outlet mechanism, so as to realize the automatic regulation of the kiln temperature and humidity, reduce the error of manual control and the influence of unnecessary human factors, so it can completely guarantee the temperature and humidity required by the design.
 
(4) Safety control device
 
Due to A large amount of steam flowing through the kiln, the steam will generate A certain pressure. In addition, the sealing property of the curing kiln is strong. When the amount of steam passing through A is large, it is easy to cause certain danger. In order to prevent safety accidents, BBT type energy-saving maintenance kiln is installed with pressure detection and control device and alarm device. When the pressure reaches the alarm line, the alarm will automatically alarm, and the sensor will command the pressure regulating mechanism to immediately keep the liquor pressure within the safe range. Make sure the design doesn't cause any safety problems.
